Santa Eulària liegt an der Ostküste Ibizas und trägt den Namen des einzigen echten Flusses der Balearen, dem Riu de Santa Eulària. Der Ort gilt als eines der familienfreundlichsten Reiseziele der Insel, mit einer langen Strandpromenade, einem gepflegten Yachthafen und ruhigeren Stränden als im Westen der Insel.
Über dem Ortskern erhebt sich der Puig de Missa, ein Hügel mit einer geweißelten Kirche aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und einem der ältesten Verteidigungstürme der Insel. In der Nähe, in Es Canar, findet jeden Mittwoch der bekannte Hippie-Markt Punta Arabí statt.
